The candidate must be an effective instructor, excellent communicator, and demonstrate care for educating the whole person.

Qualifications:

• The qualified candidate will be a faith-filled, practicing Catholic, able to fully participate in the sacramental life of the church.
• The qualified candidate is passionate about fostering students’ personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• The qualified candidate will organize, plan, and prepare play-based units of instruction aligned with curriculum guidelines established by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and WMELS.
• The qualified candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development, including socio-emotional, physical, and behavioral development.
• The qualified candidate will have strong skills in communication including the ability to exchange information on multiple levels (e.g. students, teachers, administrators and parents).
• The qualified candidate effectively implements instructional best practices and strategies in order to meet the learning styles and needs of all students.
• The qualified candidate will provide a respectful, highly engaging, and positive learning atmosphere which motivates and challenges students to achieve in all areas of development.
• The qualified candidate will be comfortable using a wide variety of technology for instruction, communication, and collaboration.
• The qualified candidate possesses the highest degree of professionalism.
• The qualified candidate will work effectively and collaboratively with a strong and vibrant team.
• The qualified candidate has successfully completed Safeguarding All God’s Family training (Archdiocese of Milwaukee) and background check.
• Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction teacher licensure required.
