Burlington Catholic School is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic person to assist our K3 teacher working with our youngest students. 

Burlington Catholic School is located in the heart of Burlington, WI, educating over 400 students in grades K3-8th grade. This position is full time (but could be part time) beginning in August of 2026. As a full time aide at BCS, you would also be eligible for benefits including insurance (medical, dental, and vision), funds for continuing education, and additional funds to enhance your classroom.

As a K3 Aide at Burlington Catholic School, candidates are required to: 

• Working collaboratively with the lead teacher to meet the needs of the students. 
  • Individualized and /or small group instruction and assessment 
  • Assisting with student running records
  • Lesson preparation and clean-up
  • Communicating with parents
  • Lunch and recess duty 
    • Help out elsewhere if needed
• have certification in (or willingness to get) Safeguarding All God’s People
